Alderaan's Fate
Prologue
As the skies filled with fire, and the world boiled away, mystery surrounded the destruction. This is the tale of the last few hours of Alderaan.
Chapter 1
“Where is the location of the Rebel base?” Grand Moff Tarkin hissed menacingly, as he questioned Leia.
“I’ll never tell,” cried Leia.
“Well, I need to test this battle station so, the prime target seems to be Alderaan.” chuckled Tarkin. “Prepare the super laser!”
“No! I’ll tell you! Dantooine!!!” screamed Leia, as the hum of generators quickly filled her ears.
“See, I told you that wouldn’t be so hard,” Tarkin whispered. To Darth Vader he said, “Vader, your methods of … interrogation are very primitive. With a little suggestion, anyone will tell anything. Proceed to fire.”
“What!? We agreed that if I told you the location, you would leave Alderaan alone.” Leia cried!
“First of all, we never agreed to anything, and second, I will test this battle station! Fire at will, commander!” Tarkin yelled.
In a few hours, all that was left of Alderaan were asteroids. Many had died for the Rebels here, but none had felt as much as Leia. As she was dragged away to her cell, she screamed and cried, wept and yelled. Soon, all that was left of the Alderaanians was a woman destined for death.

Chapter 2
Down on Alderaan, a day before the Death Star fired, the giant sensors of the planetary defense had detected a large vessel in orbit around the moon. Soon, the news had been making stories about how the lost fleet of Alderaan had returned to get revenge for being sent away.
As Leia’s father, Bail Organa, met in the committee hall to discuss what to do, security officer White ran in to the hall, yelling, “Senator, senator, something hit our shields and well, it took them all out. Our planetary turbolaser have been disabled too. We have experienced a major heating of the planet like we’ve never seen before. The oceans are boiling!!!”
“Officer calm down!!! The orbit of the unknown vessel was expected to change the temperature dramatically,” Organa said.
“But, sir…….”
“Officer, if you don’t leave this hall at once I will have you arrested!” Organa cried.
“Very well sir, but I warned you!”
As the committee reorganized into the arguing ramble it was, White fled the hall, running towards his modified Delta-7. As he opened the cockpit, his R4 astromech, Wampa, beeped out a warning! He spun around and saw a human in a black hood pointing a blaster at his ship.
White quickly scrambled into his fighter and launched. Right as he launched a thick red bolt shot out at him and barely missed, blowing a Flash speeder to bits. As he pivoted to fly at the man, two more people came in, hurrying to set up a miniature turbolaser.
Swiftly he charged up his laser cannons and destroyed the turbolaser. The ensuing shrapnel tore through white’s R4 droid.
“Blasters!!! I was gonna need that.”
He fired at the wall in front of him, hitting a planned weak spot to let officers be able to get out quickly. As he shot out, two blaster shots flew past him and struck a Lamba-class shuttle. He flicked on his comm board shouting “Security, security!! Help, Imperial troops are swarming me!! Send help soon.”
Chapter 3
Back in the committee hall, a comm link buzzed to life. As Kirk yelled for the comm to be turned off, a voice buzzed over it.
“Security, security!! Help, Imperial troops are swarming me!! Send help soon.”
“What is that?” Organa asked.
“The comm reading says that it is a….Strange, that’s Officer White. Our sensor reading says that his Delta-& has lost his R4 and… Apparently there is an Imperial shuttle trying to attack him.” Senator Crawford said.
“We need to help him! Prepare as escort fighter squadron. Send them out in our X-Wings,” commanded Organa.
As the committee scrambled to get to the star fighters, Bail quickly ran to a shuttle hidden in a secret cove. Once he arrived, an explosion rocked the wall.
He yelled at the pilot, “Get this thing going! I need to get out!!!!”
As he jumped into the shuttle, a stormtrooper fell through a hole and shot at the open hatch. The bolt hit the navigator in the leg. As he fell out of the shuttle, it shot up and away from the hangar. As Organa watched the man fall off the ramp and plummet down to the boiling ocean, a scream could be heard for kilometers.
As the ramp closed, the pilot caught a glimpse of his comrade screaming. He muttered, “That could have been me…..”
Chapter 4
As the senators rushed to the hanger, a rapid surge of blaster bolts flew past them. As some people were hit they fell off the cliffs, into swarm of slime bats. The smarter ones grabbed their enemies in the senate and used them for protection. Once the senators were dead or dying, the stormtroopers came to remove all evidence. As they were pushing bodies off the edge, a splatter of laser bolts struck the ground right in the midst of the squad.
As the captain saw this, he looked up and saw TIE fighters chasing a starfighter towards the ground. He gestured for the starfighter to leave, but it continued its downward plunge. Right as it was about to hit the ground, it pulled out, leaving the speedy TIE fighters no fate, but death.
Soon, all that was left of the stormtroopers were some blasters and helmets. With scattered TIE parts and fire burning, no one had survived.
Chapter 5
As White watched the TIE fighters fall for his stunt, he flew upwards, toward the atmosphere. Soon, he reached the level where the Golan battle stations were. As he flew past, he realized that they were gutted and burning.
“They must have been hit with the remains of the laser cannon,” he muttered.
As the stars started to come closer, he heard a faint buzzing. He looked at his scanners and found that TIE Interceptors were following him. He started spinning right after they started shooting. As the lasers hit his shields, he realized that the buzzing had been a tractor lock on his ship. He looked around, wondering where it was coming from when he thought that he should try to get out of it.
As he juked and dodged, the buzzing started to fade. Soon, he was free with a squadron of TIE Interceptors following him. He spun around, seeking to charge them. He had been hoping they would have scattered when he did this, but they just kept coming.
He decided to have some fun, and launched a proton torpedo. That had to surprise them, seeing as they only worked as a modification. Soon all that was left of the TIE’s was some rubble and a rear flying man fleeing.
He sighed…. No need to chase him. All he wanted to do was leave.
